Bishop L. Colin Cawley
Bishop L. Colin Cawley is a humble servant whose genuine passion is to see the expansion of the Kingdom of God. Bishop Cawley serves as Senior Pastor of Mount Zion and was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, West Indies. He came to know the Lord at an early age and since then he has had an insatiable desire to study the Word of God.
Bishop Cawley holds a doctorate in Theology and possesses an anointing that allows him to speak with clarity and precision directly from God to the Church. Bishop Cawley presently serves as the Dean of the Mount Zion Apostolic Bible College. A humble man of God, Bishop Cawley has made it his personal goal to make each of his students a better preacher or teacher than himself.
Bishop Cawley is an itinerant speaker, teacher, and seminarian who has been privileged to minister in North America, Europe and in the Caribbean. He has been married to the lovely Norma, his wife and friend for over 40 years. Together they have three children; twin sons Jerome, Dwayne, and daughter, Cheryl.

Pastor Douglas Walker
Pastor Douglas Walker has served as the Pastor of Truth Church in Calgary, Alberta, since 2020. He is a passionate preacher and gifted biblical expositor, known for communicating the Word of God with clarity, depth, and conviction.
He founded and pastored a thriving church in Yucaipa, California, for 18 years, faithfully building a strong and vibrant congregation.
Pastor Walker holds a masters degree in leadership from William Jessup University and brings decades of ministry experience as an evangelist, church planter, and pastor. He also serves as Chairman of Hope Corps, extending his passion for outreach and service beyond the local church.
Above all, Pastor Walker has a deep love for people and a heart to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. He leads with authenticity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others walk in truth and purpose.
Bishop Aggrey Scott
Bishop Aggrey Scott grew up in the nurturing environment of Waterloo Apostolic Church, where he actively participated in various Christian development programs under the inspired leadership of Bishop Ivan W. Evans. At the age of twelve, he was deeply moved by a sermon entitled “Tell Hell I’m Not Coming” and responded to the call of God—being baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost.
From an early age, Bishop Scott demonstrated both humility and leadership. As a vibrant and diligent young man, he faithfully served in numerous capacities including Youth President, New Converts Instructor and Mentor, Bible Class Teacher, Musician, and Evangelist—ministering in Africa, Italy, England, and Belgium. His commitment to God’s work clearly extended beyond the four walls of the church, impacting lives on an international scale.
After completing his B.Sc. degree, Bishop Scott answered the unrelenting call to full-time ministry. In obedience to that divine call, he set aside his pursuit of a medical degree and his lifelong dream of becoming a Cardiologist to fully dedicate himself to the work of the Kingdom.
He is joyfully married to Missionary Stacey-Anne Scott, and together they are blessed with four energetic children. Today, under the direction of the Holy Ghost, Bishop Aggrey Scott leads both the Waterloo Apostolic Church and the International Apostolic Ministries, committed to advancing the Kingdom of God in Jamaica and throughout the world, as the Lord leads.
Evangelist Patricia Weir
Evangelist Patricia Weir, under the pastoral leadership of Dr. L. C. Cawley, is a faithful and committed member of Mount Zion Apostolic Church. She was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ over 30 years ago and has remained devoted to the Apostolic doctrine and the advancement of God's Kingdom.
Known for her love for the Lord and dedication to ministry, Evangelist Weir has ministered at numerous convocations, retreats, conferences, and church events, where God has used her to encourage believers, strengthen congregations, and proclaim His Word with clarity and anointing.
Through her obedience to God's calling, she has touched many lives and continues to be a vessel for His purpose and glory. She is happily married and the proud mother of two beautiful children
